The documents you should upload in your application form vary according to the mobility level are as follows:

BACHELOR

  1. ID/ passport
  2. CV
  3. Learning Agreement (filled in with information on the student and the home HEI, in the section Before the mobility – Table A and signed by the student and the home HEI (in the section Commitment)
  4. Transcript of records from your home HEI – bachelor level (original and authorized translation into English)
  5. Proof of registration as a student, issued by HEI, which confirms your level and year of study during the current academic year and the expected date of graduation (original and authorized translation into English/ certificate issued in English)
  6. Language certificate (for the language of instruction of the respective study program in the host HEI); internationally recognized certificates will be preferred to those issued by HEI or other language centers
  7. Motivation letter (to be filled in online, in the application form)
  8. Declaration stating if the candidate has carried out any Erasmus+ mobility before (if so, please mention the period of the mobility and the host institution)

MASTER

  1. ID/ passport
  2. CV
  3. Learning Agreement (filled in with information on the student and the home university, in the section Before the mobility – Table A and signed by the student and the home university (in the section Commitment)
  4. Bachelor diploma (original and authorized translation into English)
  5. Bachelor diploma supplement (original and authorized translation into English)
  6. Transcript of records from your home HEI – master level (original and authorized translation into English)
  7. Proof of registration as a student, issued by your home HEI, which confirms your level and year of study during the current academic year and the expected date of graduation (original and authorized translation into English/ certificate issued in English)
  8. Language certificate (for the language of instruction of the respective study program in the host university); internationally recognized certificates will be preferred to those issued by universities or other language centers
  9. Motivation letter (to be filled in online, in the application form)

 ACADEMIC / ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF

  1. ID/ passport
  2. CV
  3. Proof of employment in the home HEI, issued by your home HEI (original and authorized translation into English/ certificate issued directly in English)
  4. Motivation letter (it will be filled in online, stating your motivation for applying for the E+ scholarship and describing the activities planned for the duration of the mobility in the host university)
  5. Pre-acceptance document from the host HEI
